These Terms & Conditions govern your use of humanshq.co (the “Website”) and any services provided by Humans HQ World Wide Limited (“Humans HQ”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Humans HQ provides website design and development, brand identity, product design, brand consultancy and related digital services. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each project are those described on the package you purchase or in the proposal, quote or invoice we send you.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown on the Website or in your quote. Work begins once payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received and we have the information and content needed to start. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.
3. Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines (for example, our 48-hour website package) start from the moment we receive both payment and all required content, logins and approvals from you. Delays in providing content, feedback or access may extend the timeline.
4. Revisions and approvals
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the package description. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that any text, images, logos or other materials you supply are owned by you or that you have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual property
Once full payment has been received, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, excluding third-party assets (such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images), which remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. Hosting, domains and third-party services
Where your project uses third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways, plugins), those services are governed by the provider’s own terms. We are not liable for outages or changes made by third-party providers.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms stated in your package or proposal. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@humanshq.co and we will do our best to resolve them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humans HQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Website is provided for general information and may change without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
